We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Relocation Assistant to join our growing Recruitment Team at our games development studio in Horsham, West Sussex.

This role is to support an excellent relocation and onboarding experience for all who go through our relocation process, as well as support the relocation coordinator with any overflow of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the day to day transactions of the Relocation Coordinator by helping ensure seamless and personable experience for all new joiners relocating into area. You will be organised and efficient in your approach, taking great pride in getting the details right the first time. Customer service and being sensitive to our relocators needs will a key element of this role.

You will provide day to day administration relating to relocation as well as creating and sharing reports with the wider team. You will input data for each new starter into the planner system, carry out initial property searches based on the individuals’ requirements, gather travel and accommodation quotes and booking taxis. In addition to this, you will also assist in preparing welcome hampers for each arrival, assisting the coordinator and studio support in organising in-house cultural events, along with other tasks that may arise, covering ad hoc project assistance work from time to time.

A key element of this role will be customer service, tracking relocations throughout the process and ensuring that the onboarding experience is a brilliant one.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience 

  • Experience working in a high level customer service environment
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and diligence in updating notes and hand over documents
  • A flexible team player who is well organised and detail orientated
  • Excellent IT skills; specifically, in Excel, Outlook and Word 
  • Experience in a travel or property management role
  • Cultural interest or experience living, working or studying abroad
  • Creative thinker with some event experience
