Audio Administrator

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the multi award-winning Total War audio team.

Your work in the role of audio administration will see you supporting the day to day creative and technical activities of our busy audio department working with the core sound design, music and dialogue disciplines. This is a varied role in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Audio Administrator, you will be immersed within the entire administrative fabric for and supporting the Total War audio department. Across a vast array of projects, every year our audio team produce and record hours of music, cast and record hundreds of actors and frequently record sound effects on location. As a core member of the team you will be helping to support and facilitate procurement of the team’s assets, castings, scripts, dialogue localisation, general audio logistics, bookings, financial and legal documentation, purchasing, research tasks, event organisation, liaising with contractors and ensuring all enquiries, musicians, actors, contractors and partners enjoy excellent service.

You will be working alongside the audio director and interfacing with the wider team to refine logistics, improve practices and ensure that all pipelines and operations are efficient and to schedule. You will be a proactive and motivated individual looking for opportunities to refine and simplify processes with the ability to clearly document, present and facilitate the understanding of such.

  • Experience in audio/music arts or post production-based administration
  • Experience with resource booking systems
  • Passionate about the arts in general and specifically the audio arts
  • Experience in a busy corporate environment
  • Knowledge of the Total War brand
