The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate outstanding all round creativity, artistic ability and imagination. They will be an accomplished animator with the ability to produce stunning work. This key person will possess highly developed creative and good technical ability.
Create gameplay animations (locomotion, combat, idles, etc.) for use in-engine
Follow through with implementation of animations in-game
Work effectively with the riggers, gameplay designers and character artists
Work well within a small team
Must be proactive, be able to problem solve and communicate well with other departments.
Experience dealing with in-game animations
Solid understanding of character timing, weight and believability
Strong hand-key animation skills for both human and creatures
Proficient in Maya and motion Builder
Experience in handling Motion capture data
